   Develop and implement participatory art project with adults living at four temporary emergency shelters in the Bronx

   Project
   Co-create participatory portraits with residents through drawing, in-progress photography, color copy printing, framing, curating, and hanging art
   Duties and Responsibilities
   Organize environment for sharing personal artwork, narratives, reciprocal learning, group decision-making, teamwork, and co-authorship
   Facilitate socialization, reception aesthetic discourse, use of technology and artmaking techniques
   Ensure project activities adhere to ethical guidelines, legal standards, and internal policies
   Acquire supplies, interface with donors, consult with administrative officials, and meet with oversight committees
